A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party package. If you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled date, your deposit may be applied toward another future booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 1 week of the booked date.

If you wish to do your own setup, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time. We kindly ask that no decorations be taped to the walls. Please avoid using confetti, glitter, glue, or piñatas, as these items are not permitted inside the facility.

Utensils will be provided in our selected theme color (black or white).

Due to tight scheduling, we ask that all guests vacate their party space promptly at the end of their booked time. Guests must remain in their designated party space at all times.

Each attendee is required to sign our facility waiver before participating in any activities. This ensures the safety of all guests and helps us maintain a secure environment.

You may bring a dessert, fruit tray, and/or vegetable tray at no additional charge. Any other outside food items will incur a $50 service fee. We do not provide warming equipment for hot food.
